Service Scope
Our services include professional bathroom design, material procurement, project management, and installation. Any additional work must be agreed upon in writing.
Estimates and Payments
Estimates are provided promptly but are subject to change based on material costs and project scope. Payment terms require a deposit with the balance due upon project completion.
Project Timeline
We commit to timely completion based on mutual agreement. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Change Orders
Any modifications to the original scope must be documented and may affect the project timeline and cost.
Warranties
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Warranties on materials vary by manufacturer; details will be provided at project completion.
Liability
Elegant Remodeling is insured. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen structural issues.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the work site, clear communication, and timely decisions to facilitate smooth project execution.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are refundable minus any costs incurred up to that point.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, arbitration, in accordance with applicable laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the project is located.
